I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

I mostly dealt with Mason Gilchrist but also Mathew Anthony during the purchase experience of my vehicle. Both Gentlemen are top-tier professionals. Mason was always courteous and promptly addressed my concerns and questions. I have a good feeling that he will help me to resolve any possible car issues the future. I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

Just like everyone, I've had to wait a decent amount of time for my vehicle to get serviced, but sometimes you'll be waiting for hours and never know what's going on. The woman who helped me, Mrs. Pamela Allen was a great help and always gave me an update on my vehicles progress, this way I would be able to gage how long I may have to wait and pay. Pamela was a great help!

This vehicle is amazing! Capable and fun to drive! No matter the weather I’m confident! I think that this will become a real success for Ford! Now I’m waiting for my new one; a 2025 Badlands!

Chris was sales guy and very pleasant and straightforward. Didn't like dealership policies of forced add ons that made the price not affordable anymore. They advertise a low price and then add another $2-3K. feels wrong to me. wouldn't buy from them.

The ride is somewhat rough. In a long distance drive the seats become uncomfortable. The Broncos Sport does have a fair amount of interior noise.

My salesman Michael Nuygen was professional, informative, kind and considerate to my needs and wants. Highly recommend he be given the opportunity to train incoming sales associates. Jose and Tarik in financing were excellent! Again, informative, answered all my questions and took their time with the financial process. Best experience I?ve ever had purchasing a car! That speaks volumes as I?ve had many cars in my life.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

I bought this Bronco Sport brand new in June 22 to use for rideshare and have been more than pleased with everything about it. I have over 78k miles on it and it runs as if it had 78 miles on it. Great gas mileage, great ride, and great car.
