Used 2023 Ford Edge SEL for sale near Dundee, MI

Went to dealership first thing in the morning looking for a new car, and drove out in my new F-150 later that afternoon. My salesman was Mark Clish and he was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he got it done in record time. Thanks again Mark, I love my truck!!!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

9/27/2024 was rear while stopped for traffic on US23 at about 70 mph the the rear bed was hit pushing it into back of cab, The drivers seat back broke putting me in the rear seat area, the drivers seat belt broke. Received damage to right leg - it was on the brake pedal. The truck was totaled out, have purchase a new one.

Very Good!! Emily Buckle is great at making sure I get my beautiful 2024 BLUE auto. Although the symbols are something else to learn on the dash.

I had the privilege to meet and be assisted by Keith English who truly went above and beyond (at all hours, always ending with a “my pleasure”) what most other sales people do. He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. He was excellent at communicating with me at real time speed. They wouldn’t. They would split it but it had doubled in price. Not using a Ford product that quit working. Cody tried his best.

5 Star purchase experience with Brondes Ford Lincoln But this isn’t news to the people of Maumee, OH. In fact, this was one of the first appeals that was revealed to us through the free Carfax that was made available for this used vehicle and here is where it showed the previous owner had actually purchased this vehicle 10 years earlier from this same dealership. That, alone, says a lot to me. Buying a car is stressful enough. But this experience was made all the easier by this super, family-friendly dealership who assisted my daughter through the process every step of the way. The process was easy to purchase a certified used car with Southgate. I was a bit disappointed picking up the vehicle once I purchased it, and it was not cleaned to my expectation (after speaking with the salesperson who said it would be). Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the dealership was patient, not pushy, and helpful.
