Super fast service.....was in and out in no time at all!

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

Duane was wonderful. Hmand SandiaToyota is highly recommended. The Toyota Crown might be your car. We were greeted three times upon arrival. Go saw threm.

I would leave more stars if it was possible, my wife and I were searching for a new vehicle and thought we should check out Hiley Mazda of Huntsville and we met Alan Benefield he was very helpful and knowledgeable on all makes and models. He worked with us on several different models for a few days until we found the right one. If you are in the Huntsville area and looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, see Alan. we will definitely be back to Hiley The vehicle we purchased was actually at the VW dealership and we met with Sam Thomas in Finance he was another great person to work with, we really enjoyed working with him also.

Quick to reply to my request but said they cannot sell to my california zip code. This should have been noted in dealers notes.

My experience wasn?t bad the the rep I had I actually love him my problem is that I told them it was a knocking noise and they didn?t fix the problem and I want there all day

On October 16th, 2024, we assisted our daughter in purchasing a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Our bank is in New York. In my opinion, the bank wasn't moving fast enough to get the money over to make the purchase. Mike was our salesperson. He and the executives in the front office as well as the owner, who happened to be there, made this purchase happen. If I lived there, I would definitely buy my next vehicle from Winner Ford. The welcomer is so welcoming. The service man listened carefully, kept me informed, and helped me make some decisions with pertinent info. Treated me, an 85 year old lady, with respect. That in itself is worthy if praise.

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

The fact that y'all come out to my house to perform the service at no additional cost is phenomenal. The young man who performed the service was very courteous.

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!

Called 4 different dealers, they all pull the bait and switch. Not honoring the price they list on line, not honoring the incentives offered by Ford and they use on their site to bait you in. Walker was great, Brian gave me the price and honored the Ford incentives!

Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.

They even recommended vehicles to look at from other manufacturers that might meet our specifications ? incredibly helpful, no pressure. After checking out all the other options on our list, we came back to Frontier Ford. Everyone we dealt with in sales was friendly, professional and courteous, leading to a stress-free buying experience (at a price that we were very happy with!)

I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. I went into Ford yesterday because I wanted a new truck. Jon W. was a dream to work with. It's been hard in the past being a woman and trying to go look at cars alone. But Jon was very respectful and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process on how too trade in my car and went over am the numbers with me thoroughly.
