Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

I have always had excellent service at this dealership. I purchased a used 2012 Ford Edge and have had very few problems. Any work I needed done was taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been dealing with the New Owner for a number of years on all my Auto work and Used vehicle purchases. Him and his team are always helpful on my repair options and do great work in a timely manner. Everything from simple tires or batteries to major repairs and adding options. One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

Brandon Van Iten in the service department did amazing today, he got us in an oil change and made sure any of our questions were answered. He also recognized that something wasn't running right in the steering wheel frame and set us up for a future visit to make sure it's under our warranty. Didn't have the best experience with sales, but Brandon did an amazing job.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

We own this vehicle , it currently has 70,000 kms . We have had zero issues with it . The only fault of ford is that you have to pay to have new gps software installed and it won’t update automatically with wifi . The neighbourhood we live in is brand new so we needed to connect our phones to find anything when we moved here in 2019 .

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.
