I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

He politely approached us and talked to us before we told him what we were looking for, once he knew what we wanted he went straight to finding exactly what we wanted! That place is full of cheerful people and all willing to help you, no rolling eyes when I asked a question, no interruption while I spoke, overall, it was a great experience!

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

Although I bought another Make and Model used car and not a Subaru at Five Star Subaru, the sales and finance staff was very helpful during the test drive process and stayed late on a weekday evening to accommodate my work schedule. Five star service at Five Star Subaru.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

Great buying experience, much better than other dealerships for buying a vehicle. They didn't force us to add an extended warranty or other typical dealership nonsense.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

I had put off buying a vehicle for soooo long, years if I'm being truthful, simply because I absolutely loathe the typical car salesmen...you know the type: pushy, arrogant, and demeaning...But, not at RideLine! My goodness, I have never had a more positive experience in buying a car than I did at RideLine. I am SO thankful that we stopped by to check it out. Ben was absolutely amazing!! We pulled in, told him exactly what we needed...the car, the price, and the financing...and we pulled away in exactly what we wanted. Matter of fact, it was better than we ever hoped for. Ben spent half of his day fighting for what was best for us and we drove away in an AWESOME vehicle that met every single need, plus more. Bless those guys at RideLine, they are truly a Godsend. I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Huffines and would definitely recommend them. Salesman was named Austin who was obviously well trained on the different trims and options and really provided a low pressure sales experience. He allowed me to take my time and was patient with all my questions. Finance person was also great and that part took just 15 mins. I left feeling well treated. Would buy from them again.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?
