I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

We went to just to look but drove away in a gorgeous new Chevy Trailblazer. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were getting what we wanted within the budget we needed. If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I would definitely go visit the team at Cable-Dahmer on Nolan Road in Independence. I am in love with my cute little new car.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

They have repaired my vehicle on different occasions and have always done an excellent job. The service department gets me an appointment as soon as possible.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

Everyone were very friendly. Willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle I purchased. They made me feel comfortable. They didn?t pressure me at all . Which made it easier to make a decision

Awesome car for my daughter-doesn’t feel big or small-it just happens to have lots of room and be easy to maneuver. Love it…feels like a safe car for a younger driver as well as a fam!

Gelreat car for the most part. I got it used with 125k miles. So far so good knock on wood on engine coolant leak issues. But the only downside and i've never had major bad luck with ford. Except on those junky focus transmissions 2012 to 2018. Well I got 170k miles on it and my flex plate is bad or cracked. My understanding is the issue is cause by torque converter weld stud bolts not welded properly from factory. I have been confirmed by my mechanic that it is flex plate rattle. Whats crazy is there is a csp on it for that same flex plate rattle but im over the 120k mile mark. But other ford edges with my same 2.0 engine on the 2017 year model have a recall for torque converter welds and recalls are unlimited mileage. I think thats what caused my flex plate issue. I understand normal wear and tear but 170k mile when i have taken care of it, that dont seem fair.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Our experience at Lee’s Summit Subaru was really nice! Our sale lady was Twesdae Doiel . We have two vehicles we wanted to look at and Twesdae assisted and helped us decide which vehicle to get. Not only was she professional but she was also very patience in answering all the questions my husband have. and she was one of the best sales person we have ever encountered with. She was not pushy, she listened and she cared. I wish all dealer ship will have a sales person like her. Car buying is already stressful as it is, trying to decide which, where and what vehicle to get. But, if you have a sales person like Twesdae, someone who cares and listens, car buying will be much more easy and at ease, no pushy sales person. 2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

We own this vehicle , it currently has 70,000 kms . We have had zero issues with it . The only fault of ford is that you have to pay to have new gps software installed and it won’t update automatically with wifi . The neighbourhood we live in is brand new so we needed to connect our phones to find anything when we moved here in 2019 .

They were so accommodating throughout the process. I am a bit high maintenance after years of being able to get exactly what I wanted. I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

I love my car and recently purchased it from a dealership as a former rental. It handles well and has an extremely smooth ride, the moon roof provides extra light even when it is a cloudy day !!
