I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

I was there for service on 09/14/24 and the service guys were great! They explained everything and were very courteous. The only complaint I have was the gentleman that came in with his family. From the minute he walked in, he was rude and condescending to the staff, letting his kid run all over the place. The service manager went back into the shop to talk to his guys and this gentleman made a comment about the service manager that was very off color and that made me very uncomfortable. I did talk to the service manager about this comment after the gentleman left as I felt so bad about it. I have to say that the service manager handled him very professionally even when he was being condescending to him.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

We worked with Ron and his daughter, it's a family owned business we even met Ron's mom! He was a jokster he rattled on and was fun to listen to. Claims if anything goes wrong with the vehicle I just bring it back there they fix it at a reduced price and even give me a loaner car to use while mines being fixed! So far I'm happy with my purchase. Thanks for the laughs we had it was a great Friday afternoon.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Very nice facility. Friendly staff, salesman wasn't pushy at all. I would recommend anyone to shop here. Seemed to be honest telling all about the history of the vehicle.

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

Had an issue with rattle in front end of truck when going over bumps...dealt with Barry in service re this issue. It was a long involved process of trying to figure out exactly what the issue was, but finally got resolved....Barry, sort of the middle man between mechanics, managers, field reps and myself, did an outstanding job of communicating everything that was going on. He is truly an asset to the dealership !!

I have owned my 2021 Ford Edge ST LINE since September of 2021. It is now April 2024, and I can say without a doubt, that I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I have taken long trips with it, and it was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this vehicle.

Overall had been an excellent vehicle. Owned since 2010. Had to replace the drivetrain 3 yrs ago and now I believe the transmission is a problem. 142000 miles on it and might have to let it go but will probably get a newer one.

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

Ford Edge ST 2022. This car is very well designed and Ford has had the time to perfect the details since it was first introduced. It is a mid-size SUV with a very comfortable interior, ample legroom front and back, and large trunk space. The ST model (V6 twin-turbo) drives like a sports car; and it is so fun to drive. I cannot imagine why Ford is discontinuing its production. I hope to keep this one for at least five years. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison to similar models; look up especially the horse-power when comparing.

I felt like I got personal service, from both the sales professional and the sales manager. The searched and found the type of car in the color I wanted quickly. Within a few days the car was delivered. They also took care of having the car registered and licensed in AZ for me, I had to do nothing! Thank you Schwieters Chevrolet!

2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

From the moment I inquired about a truck from Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring to the moment I got hold of the keys of my new truck, it was such an incredible experience with the dealership. I inquired from out of state about a specific truck at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring as it was not available almost anywhere in the US. I felt their attentiveness from the start and did not feel brushed off given that I inquired online from out of state. McKinley Woods handled my inquiry with utmost professionalism and care. He was able to send me actual pictures of the truck's exterior and interior and answered all my questions with ease and attention. I needed a couple of days to think about the purchase and make sure I wasn't acting on impulse, and he gave me the space I needed to think about it without being pushy but still was available for all my questions when I reached out to him. When finally deciding to purchase the truck, McKinley was available to answer all my questions regarding registration in a different state and shipment. We went through all the papers that needed to be signed online. He and the finance manager Travis went through my financing options and were able to find me a better rate than the one I found when I shopped online. They were extraordinary! For other paperwork that needed my signature on actual paper, they sent out the documents by mail overnight with FedEx after I told them how urgent I need the truck. They also provided a prepaid return label for me to ship me them back signed and did not even charge me for the whole shipping costs/process! It took only two days for the signed documents to get back to them and the process couldn't be smoother! I was very appreciative how they went above and beyond in their service and did not just stack up random fees to inflate the price like I experienced with other dealers. I walked away from other dealers cause of miscellaneous fees and felt taken for a ride with extra fees for being purchasing from out of state. They'd rather lose a big sale by adding $1k-$1.5k in unfair fees. But not with Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring. The price was fair and they did not mark up the final price with any deceitful fees. Once you see that as a customer, it signals to your how honest and truthful is Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, and how fair the buying process is there. Shipment was very smooth. I arranged for a carrier to pick up the truck and gave them McKinley's contact information. The dealership detailed the truck then McKinley sent me a walk through video of the truck and options, which was very appreciated. And the truck looked spotless! Later, he met with the carrier and took a couple of pictures of the truck being loaded into the carrier. Got the truck in a couple of days and I was a happy customer! After sale service did not disappoint either. I connected with McKinley to schedule a short call to go over some of the options on the truck. He was as attentive and professional as he was before the purchase. He even sent me a handwritten note in the mail congratulating me on my new truck. These small things, as simple as they may seem, do matter a lot to a customer. I am confident my next purchase would be from him and his team at Schwieters Chevrolet of Cold Spring, even if there were options around me in my state. I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

The service and information given to us was exceptional. We went in with just questions about leasing a vehicle and all the information that was given to us led us to prayerfully decide to lease our new platinum f-150.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

Hello all this is one xxxx of a dealership and the staff are absolutely the best. Please read my story below about morries buffalo and what they did to my vehicle and a huge huge shoutout to Dean, Cassie and Aaron in service for everything they have done to help us. Please visit this place: Don't get me wrong our sales person Mariah and Aaron in finance were absolutely awesome but what happened to us with this was messy and a safety risk to our family. We start when we bought our Explorer ST in Nov 2022 after we took the vehicle home we started having issues with it right away but we were actually rear ended so not able to drop it off for 5 months, then in May I took it to the service department with a long list to get fixed including a recall, we were actually out of state while they had my vehicle for 3 plus weeks, we got a call saying everything was done and fixed on the list and they were going to bring it to my house drop it off and pick up the loaner. After we get home only 3 of the 12 things were addressed I then proceeded to contact service and Tom the service manager where I called and left several messages and emails and not once heard back. Then again the vehicle was in another accident and lost it for another 2 months but in that time I tried to contact managers and service and still nothing, no response or anything just plain avoiding me. Then in July we took the Explorer to California on a 7k mile trip we started having issues on the way out which was addressed in the same day by a dealer in Las Angeles and 5 stars for them. On the way home we started noticing some noises and shutters and vibrations along with it driving really odd in corners and lose feeling. Once we got home still no calls or contact with anyone at Morries so I brought it to Lundeen Ford in Annandale and what a xxxx good team recommended them all day!!! After a very long inspection I was told it needed over 15k in warranty work and they told me that nothing that was presented to morries in May was fixed except the rear subframe and differential and the driver seat heater and a radio module. They also told me that the rear end was installed incorrectly and WE WERE LUCKY we were not in a serious accident on our long drive because the bolts for the rear sub frame were coming lose and they broke a bolt off of the rear driveshaft among some other very serious issues. There was over 35 lines of repair needed to be done and still through all this I still could not reach anyone but Aaron which was a help and also I was able to speak with Elias which is the operation manager for the company and I was given the run around about me not returning the vehicle to there dealer for repairs but oh I tried for months with no response from a single person. Elias then called me back a week later and said he could not help and would have the GM of the dealer contact me HIS NAME IS MARK, he told me he would speak with Lundeen and Consumer affairs. Consumer Affairs was an amazing help and worked very hard to get this all taken care of and made right with Lundeen no matter the cost. Finally consumer affairs got ahold of Mark after Dean could not reach him Dean is the service manager at Lundeen and Mark never returned his call but answered for consumer affairs and told them there was no responsibility from them at all they did nothing wrong she said "he acted as he did not care about the situation at all and was unwilling to help in any way well its been at Lundeen for 3.5 months and just about finished and I am paying over $600 in diagnostic costs when it should have been fixed right the first time in May at Morries while it was still under warranty but since they did not address the issues I asked anout the gold warranty expired and was no longer covered so Ford paid over 2k for repairs no longer covered with warranty I was asked to pay $150 of this total which I am blessed to have happen. This is just pieces of the story and I am so disappointed with morries.

i was very satisfeid with my recall work. i sat in the lobby drinking free coffee and read the local paper. work was done in approximately 1 hr. and i was on my way . service staff were friendly and courteous.

We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car.
