What a great atmosphere!!! Great knowledgeable people that work there. Any questions I had were explained very professionally & answered with as much information as I needed to make the right decision!! Wasn’t a forced or pushy sale! I was able to go in, explain what car I was looking into purchasing & if that didn’t work had other options, but in the long run ended purchasing the vehicle I had done my research on!!! This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Saw the truck i wanted and made the deal over the phone. Was able to go to another dealer in there group to get my trade value. Saved me a 2 hour drive each way. Negotiated a deal I was comfortable with and agreed too with them. Finalized the deal and they delivered vehicle to me at work!!! Very convenient. Highly recommend.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

There are many people in the dealership that assist with your service. Some are better than others. The biggest blunder I routinely have is the vehicle techs leaving muddy scraps on the door panel, messy fingerprints ( attention to detail mishaps) while returning the vehicle to the owner.

Was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service writers were very friendly, and made sure my needs were taken care of. I was a waiter and they had my vehicle out and ready in a very reasonable amount of time.
