No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

About a year and a half ago, I contacted Boucher Lincoln in West Bend, WI to inquire about a used Lincoln Nautilus that they had listed for sale. I was connected to Eugene Sanchez. It was one of the most comfortable and informative conversations about a vehicle that I ever had. Although my wife and I decided to buy a new vehicle as opposed to used at that time, I just knew that one day I’d purchase a vehicle from Eugene and Boucher Lincoln. Yesterday was that day.
