I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. I was looking for a Ford Explorer online, Arlington had just the one I was looking for. Floyd, Jake and David made it happen. Floyd was great! Since I had to pay for the car even before I physically saw it, Floyd took a lot of Pictures for me and Videos. David got the paperwork done and sent it to a local dealership so I could sign and send it back with the check on 7-14-2025. I am still waiting for the title in the mail. However, I do have a temporary plate from Texas. Jake got the car shipped and I received it on 7-27-2025. A little stressful for me, as I ready paid for the car, and therefore Jake as AutoNation Shipping Company was a little hard to nail down on the delivery date. Overall, a Great experience and I have driven the car now and I love it!!
