I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford.They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed.These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.

I had the best experience working with Neil, he answered all questions I had and was very low pressure , which was a nice change from a lot of dealers salespeople . Gone are the days of driving to the dealership to have your oil changed. I love that Webb Ford came to get my vehicle, showed me where they were en route, sent me texts where they were in the process, and returned my vehicle quickly. Absolutely worth it to me in my busy schedule. Awesome place.

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.

The shopping and buying experience was quick and easy, even pleasant. However a slight issue after the sale took almost a month to resolve. Many promised return calls were never received.
