New and used 2025 Ford Escape ST-Line Select for sale near Elm Grove, WI

I recently bought a used car at Heiser. The experience was fantastic. Its like a family owned company where everyone makes you feel at ease and welcome. Honest and customer focused. After the sale i found an issue. They insisted I bring it in to make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure it was. It is an amazingly nice surprise to find a company and people with such a strong commitment to customer service. Genuinely looking out for their customers. The next time i need a used or new car, they will absolutely be the first ones I contact, even if they are 80 miles away.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Miller Motors and Mike A. did a fantastic job finding me exactly what i needed when my 2012 F150 was starting to show signs of it's age at 209,000 miles and 13 years old. There just happened to be a "new used" 3500 miles on the clock 2024 Ranger that was marked down very reasonably. Initially I was there for a maverick but upgrading to the Ranger with so few miles on it with the factory warranties intact was definitely the right move and I can't thank Mike A. enough for his knowledge in the industry and getting a very amicable deal done. This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward.
