New and used 2025 Ford Escape for sale near Allen Park, MI

Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

Tim Shea is hands down the BEST at what he does at Pat Milliken Ford. I filed bankruptcy for the first time not knowing what to expect, but Tim gave me some great advice. Because of his VIP Bankruptcy program I went from a 2015 car to a 2022 SUV. I watched him work diligently with finance companies to ensure I had the best options possible. Great guy. Great service. This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

I had the privilege to meet and be assisted by Keith English who truly went above and beyond (at all hours, always ending with a “my pleasure”) what most other sales people do. He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. He was excellent at communicating with me at real time speed. I felt like a very respected client and although he assisted me with a used vehicle purchase, he had so much patience and courtesy the entire step of the way. Honestly good experience all around, we did take a bit time finalizing the paper work due to a worker being sick for the day, but all in all good experience. Our salesman, Greg Pinkney, was top notch and simplified the process for us, ensuring all our needs are met.

Well this was my first time ever really experiencing when it came to buying my first car really, and I would really recommend anyone in the area that I know to try see for themselves for how welcoming the experience was and how both understanding, and no bull corners everyone working there that I had experience both meeting and talked to. One of which whom goes by the name of Mark T. O'Bryant whom handled getting the amazing Bronco Sport that I wasn't as sure at first about getting but quickly grew on me the more I got behind the wheel, he made both understanding things about the car and the entire process from sales to how he handled himself to be both hugely refreshing and that it felt it made the whole process feel less nervous as the day rolled on. I would indeed recommend having someone as kind and professional such as him when looking for another car from the this dealership I would do it all over again there, no doubt about.

Picked up my new Ford Outer Banks Sports Bronco a little over a week ago and I just love it ! This was the first time in over 50 years of buying a car that I had to order a car and wait almost 3 months for it, but it was so worth the wait ! My salesman, Jim Flynn, made the process so easy, from ordering the car, to the day of delivery. Thrilled with the color I picked out (Area 51) and so glad I went with the black top -- it really makes a difference in the way the car looks. Could not be happier with my purchase.
