It was great. Very thing went well. My sales person was nice and as well as my finance person. I don't have much to say.

The dealership installed the truck bed lights that were backordered when my truck was delivered. Also the recall was completed (airbag). The work took a couple hours and the technician was very respectful.

I traded in a 15 year old Tundra for a 2018 Tundra with the 5.7L V8 available at the dealer and salesman Michael Kovac and Finance Manager Zach Jun made the entire experience very enjoyable and stress free. I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.

Robert and Earl were nothing but exceptional. When I say exceptional that?s 110%! I got you into a car, They went out of their way to make sure I was really taken care of and got the appropriate deal. My friend recommended me and had nothing but good things to say . It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!
