This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

After the sale i found an issue. They insisted I bring it in to make it right. They went above and beyond to make sure it was. My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

About a year and a half ago, I contacted Boucher Lincoln in West Bend, WI to inquire about a used Lincoln Nautilus that they had listed for sale. I was connected to Eugene Sanchez. It was one of the most comfortable and informative conversations about a vehicle that I ever had. Although my wife and I decided to buy a new vehicle as opposed to used at that time, I just knew that one day I’d purchase a vehicle from Eugene and Boucher Lincoln. Yesterday was that day. It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned).
