I had the best service advisor I have ever encountered in decades of owning cars and having them serviced. His name is Joe Brown and his demeanor, attitude, and knowledge of his job were all above and beyond his job requirements. His performance is a reason to keep buying cars at this dealership. Typically service is where some dealerships fall short of having repeat customers. Mr. Brown should be the standard that all service advisors are held to. I will.
