I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! This place is called Five Star for a reason and they proved it! Thank you Hunter, Nick and Zach for making the process stress-free and thank you Kameron for the awesome deal on my new Malibu!

My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Once we got to the dealership, they already had the car pulled up and ready for us to see. We decided we wanted the car and finance worked quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

Although I did not end up buying the vehicle, I was provided with great customer service. They came down a little bit on the asking price and have followed up with me

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. Cesar and Jeff really worked hard to help us get into the car we wanted. We drove from over an hour away only to find that a repair needed to be done. They owned the issue (even though it wasn't their fault) and got the repair done quickly. We couldn't come back to the dealership immediately, and they worked around our schedule with no pressure even though it wasn't convenient for them. We were given more for our trade-in than our highest appraisal even though they knew we were going to buy the car regardless. The price was thousands better than similar cars with similar features. I was concerned about the no haggle price, but after more research discovered the price was fair. Great experience!
