This is my second Escape Hybrid ans I absolutely love it. Love the interior redesign and who doesn't love getting 40PMG without plugging in? It is very spacious as well.

Everything went smoothly. I was shown the cars I was interested in, allowed to go in and see them thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I was shown features about the cars I was not necessarily familiar with. I test drove the car and once I selected the car I wanted, proceeded to purchase it and fill out the paperwork without any problems. The vehicle I chose is beautiful and drives well. The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

Even though Ken Gordy is not the closest Ford dealer to my house, it?s the best! After being to 2 others, I will not go any other place except here. They are quick, thorough, clean, great customer service and honest. Service Rep Mario is the absolute best. He?s one of the reasons I will continue to come back. I found Ken Grody a couple years ago on a Saturday when I needed a new battery replaced and nobody else could help that I called. I called, Mario was the rep and I have been going there for my service and anything needed since.
