I bought this car from someone with 35k miles on it. Keep in mind it is a 2011. I have had no problems at all. I love the car. It looks great and surly runs so well.

After experiencing other Honda dealers locally, Germain absolutely impressed me. We leased this 2011 Escape brand new and bought it at the end of the lease. It is older body style with the fold flat seats. I loved it for its versatility. The back seats folded flat which was great for taking my dogs with me everywhere we went. It was also great for hauling stuff. This may have been my favorite car of all time. I sold it with 110,000 miles.

The Ford Escape Titanium is not a Cadillac, or race car, but it's not priced like either as well. This car will serve the purposes we need, and wanted. AWD, plenty of goodies, high enough for comfort, but not to high.

Doesn't compare to my former larger sport utility vehicle, I miss the room. Don't like the auto shut-off engine...that is annoying but I wasn't told about that until after I bought it.

my service attendant was very helpful in explaining and following up for the two days they had my truck. Time will tell if the repair solved the issue. This is one time that I am glad I bought the extended warranty.

This car met all my need and then some. I loved it. Had 220V plug. If I had a power outage in the house I could dry my hair in the car with the dryer. Had 2 USB ports so two person could plug in devices if needed. Sunroof was fun to open in good weather. Comfortable. Lots of leg rooim front and back. Plenty of cargo room too. If I didn't ajve so many miles on it, I'd still have it today,

I'm a car guy, first of all. I've been around. My salesman Alonzo was actually working two deals at the same time, but his attentiveness was as if my family and I were the only people there. Very relaxing atmosphere, Alonzo was very professional, and he went above and beyond, even ask ing questions my wife and I hadn't even thought of. always liked the style of the ford escape. but had similar suv. but after several years seeing this vehicle still on the road. Had chance to test drive and purchase this good quality vehicle.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Car was exactly what I was looking for and price was right. One star taken away because only one key was supplied. Did not find out about this until I had given the dealer my cashier's check. Cost me $150 to get a second key made, effectively raising the price of the car. I will definitely ask about that before buying any used car in future.

The vehicle looks very well designed. It rides nice on our mile long dirt driveway. Easy to drive and real comfortable, with great visibility all around outside.

The car is very roomy and comfortable. It is well equipped and fun to drive. It is even stylish, especially when compared to other SUV's I've seen.

In search of a used car because I was trading in my old one. Catrice Hill was my salesperson and she was AMAZING!! So nice, professional, down-to-earth and most of all worked with me to get the payment I could afford and had a minimal down payment. The first car we test drove was a 2012 Ford Edge and it was really nice, liked it alot but payment wasn't quite what I could work with. Catrice told me she'd call me/text me the next day if she found anything for me. She did just that! She texted AND called and when I went back to the dealership to test drive the next car. It was just what we wanted! We ended up getting a newer car, 2016 Kia Sorento, with less mileage than the Edge with a payment I could afford. It was just overall a terrific experience. Nate, the finance Manager, was so warm and welcoming, we laughed and had a good time filling out the paperwork. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Thank you Catrice and Nate for doing a fab job getting me and my family the care we needed and taking such great care of us!!!! :-)

I love the dependability... I had to haul a new boxed clothes dryer from our home to our cabin. We had the dryer INSIDE the SUV. The Lowes employee said he couldn't believe it fit. The windshield has large excellent visibility. The seat have lumbar comfort of a luxury car. What more can one expect of an SUV ???
