Excellent, and very good care of my car. The waiting area comfortable.

I bought mine used really cheap. I'm not a ford fan but I was in need of cheap reliable transportation and boy did I get more than what I paid for. Amazing compact SUV and is very versatile as well as reliable. Been cross country 5 times with it so far. 300,000 miles still running and driving great. Just normal maintenance.
Love the vehicle; exactly what I was looking for. Fit my needs perfectly, super clean and exactly what was described to me over the phone. Super low miles too. Crystal was amazing to work with, honest all the way. Quick and easy. Don’t buy from anyone else. McCarty’s is definitely the place to go and I recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back and won’t go anywhere else.
Would definitely recommend this dealership! I was just coming out of a bankruptcy and had no hope for getting a descent vehicle. I inquired online and the salesman Jake called me and explained that they would still work with me. Filled out the credit app, negotiated a few times over the phone, went there drove the vehicle, all the paperwork was done, drove away in a 2015 Dodge Durango limited in less than an hour!!!! The treated me with respect, and even told me they would help me get refinanced once my credit score goes up!!!! Had a wonderful experience!!

So far 2017 Ford Escape is Reliable

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I worked with Rick Duffman on the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Wrangler while trading in my 2012 Ram. Rick was extremely patient with my family as it took a week for us to finally decide to purchase the Jeep. I was hesitant to commit on the purchase however Rick kept in contact with me throughout the process which made our decision much easier. I was grateful for his understanding and his willingness to communicate via email, text and phone which allowed my family to make an informed decision. We drove from Perrysburg to Findlay to purchase the Jeep and we are so happy we made the choice to travel 45 minutes down I-75. We would definitely recommend working with Rick and the rest of the staff at the dealership. My wife and I also appreciated the consideration that the staff gave our 2 younger children as they sat through the credit application, negotiations and completing financial paperwork on the purchase.

Great Vehicle for the Price

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
I was looking for an economical replacement for the 2002 Jeep I'd had for 10 years. I found several Ford Escape Hybrid on-line and read many reviews. Found one with low miles not far from home and decided to at least test drive one. When I got to Wagner Ford I found a nice home town dealership that not only serves the local area but maintains a thriving business reaching out in the internet to increase its customer base. Jeff was, if you will excuse the oxymoron, an honest used car salesman and took very good care of me. It’s been the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time.

This car meets our needs for style, size, price! We test drove the car and knew right away that this was the vehicle for us. Love it!
I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Perfect for my requirements. Plan to keep a long time. Great on road trips and around town. Have the 2L ecoboost, get ~ 29 mpg hwy, 22 city. Now have 105,000 miles, runs like new. Only 'repair' was to replace the vacuum pump (brakes). The battery is a PITA to replace.
Wasn't able to make a deal but their staff is very helpful and gave a lot of effort to give me info and made them selves availible to me

An opportunity I couldn't refuse

My car had 52k miles on it when I bought it. You could tell it was well maintained. No rust, very clean inside and out, has enough space and legroom for my growing family. Drives well. I've had no problems with the car since it was purchased. I just could not resist the low mileage. Its a great car. I love it!
My wife and I were out looking for a new or used car and stopped in at
Steinle in Clyde, Ohio. We were greeting by a salesman who was pleasant and personable. He asked what we were looking for and he said he had the car just for us. He showed us a 2014 Buick Enclave with 30,000 miles which was better than average. We took a ride with Todd as he was giving us information on the vehicle. We took a test drive and loved it. We really appreciated the professionalism on purchasing the car. Though the price was fair and we got good value for our trade-in. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to purchase a car to go to Steinle's in Clyde.

Owned Many cars and this is the best.

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
I have 4 teenagers. They are terrible drivers who have hit my house on 3 separate occasions. So, I wanted an inexpensive car, safe, good gas mileage that I won’t be sad if they sent another fender in my house. Drove 2 cars, and was done in 1 hour, 15 minutes. Got exactly what we needed and staff was very professional and responsive.

Great Family SUV

When I found out my wife was pregnant we decided it was time for her to have a vehicle that would be multi functional, reliable and able to suit the needs of day to day in the life of a mother and child. The Ford Escape was one we had researched and decided was the type we set our sites on. So after a few test drives of a few models of Escapes and determining that it would fit our needs we picked out and bought the 2008 Ford Escape XLT. 11 years later, having put on 113,000 miles and counting it has lived up to all our expectations and then some. I am always sure to get the oil changed when needed and required tune-ups and preventive maintenance. Have only had to have the brakes and rotors/drums replaced as needed. Other then that its a pretty easy upkeep kind of SUV. As a 4 cylinder non 4 wheel drive its a road only common sense SUV. I highly recommend the Escape to anyone looking for a great family SUV.
From the moment i was greeted by salesman Matt Floyd, i knew that i was in good hands. Matt,s overall professionalism in dealing with me during my visit to Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg Ohio was exceptional. Because of the repairs needed on my 2011 Elantra, i decided to try for another car. From beginning to end Matt walked through the whole buying process with me. Matt was patient in his explanations, making sure i understood the buying process. After finding the perfect vehicle, Matt took the time to explain the different features in the car, which was so very helpful. I was so pleased with my buying experience at Taylor Hyundai. From Start to finish. I have truly found a place where buying a car can be a 5 STAR* experience thanks to Matt Floyd. I drove home in my brand 2016 Honda Sonata on cloud 9 and could NOT STOP "smiling" ! What a great experience. Thanks again Matt*
