Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Excellent customer service! I am happy with my new car. Everything still works excellent as it should since I bought it from Brother's Auto Sales 3 months ago. These guys sell clean title cars and trucks and they really know what they are doing when it comes to honest business and customer service!
I had an excellent experience working wth John Clairmont and Justin. Daniel did an excellent job as well explaining extended maintenance and warranty plans. Had a minor mark in the paint and Dave Clayton took care of it very quickly. All other employees were very courteous.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I was not planning on buying a vehicle when I left home to see the new Jeeps; but they sell themselves. The Latitudes are very impressive SUV's. They drive nice and tight and have plenty of power. I love their aggressive looks. Mine is my "Attitude" vehicle! lol I am proud to be an American, and proud to buy an American made vehicle. Let's go AMERICA!!! What is more American than JEEP??? :)

I just moved to Myrtle Beach and was trying to buy a new F-150. I did not want to be involved in the high pressure intense sales environment, so I tried to find something a little more low key. Haselden Bros was awesome. It took me 3 months to buy a car, and not once did they make me feel pressured to make a decision quickly. I would definitely recommend them for sales and service, and I will be going back. . . . . it's about 35 minutes SW of Conway. Oh yea and there were no fees. . . The price we negotiated was what I walked out paying!
