Here are the major positives with the buying experience: 1) I phone shopped for several weeks. I asked drive-out price only. If I didn't get a drive-out price commitment over the phone, I would not do business with that dealership. Ken gave me a drive-out price over the phone with no qualifiers. And, when I went to the Planet Ford to drive the vehicle, the dealership honored the price given over the phone. I would have walked if the price changed, even in the slightest way. 2) Never felt pressured by Ken to make the buy commitment. He answered my questions and was extremely patient. 3) The post-commitment process was efficient and almost pain free as those things go. 4) Every person on the show room floor that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I assume most where salespersons. They all treated me as if I was their personal customer, even though they were not connected to this sale. It made a lasting impression. I applaud the culture that I experienced at Planet Ford.
In searching for a new car for a family member, I "dealt" with another dealer (in the Houston area as well) first. The other dealer's "Internet Sales" manager was a complete joke (not so Friendly)! After many emails, one phone call and several days waiting, I absolutely made zero progress. With that very recent experience as the backdrop, I re-started the search. And that is when I was introduced to Craig Jones at Planet 45 in Spring. After one quick message and brief phone call, we had a deal done on the 2018 Ford Focus SEL that we wanted! Craig, Julian N. & David M. were all fantastic to interact with. Very happy with the transaction and process.

Very well designed, for safety, comfort, features, roominess, and looks. We are very happy with what we got for a price that is within our budget.
Luxury Comfort but at a lower price than others...

We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
This car is perfect for my needs. I like the size and there is enough head room and leg room for my 6’4” husband. It is a very quiet ride and like the interior. Was looking at the CRV but couldn’t justify the price. It is a great car.
Excellent, speedy service, as always! I was presented with several options to fix my vehicle. Both Chris in service, and Patrick, the General Manager, took the time to call and discuss each option with me. That's the kind of service a customer dreams about. Thanks to the Chastang team!

the set are a little to low i have to used a pillow to get a good view over the dash while driving. my last car were a Ford Free Star there fore I have more room.
Recently took my F-250 in for service for the 2nd time in the past 3 months and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. My first experience was for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My 2nd experience with the service department was as equally pleasant. Thanks for the great service and keep up the great work Tommie Vaughn!
I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.

So far 2017 Ford Escape is Reliable

Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
I had my F350s air conditioner worked on about 10 months previously since they were half the price of 2 other facilities I had taken my vehicle to. They did an excellent job on the A/C.
Then in January (2 weeks ago) I was using my A/C on an unusually hot day. Heard a loud pop then saw and could smell smoke coming out from under the hood. I returned the pick up to Gullo hoping the A/C was still under warranty. The problem turned out to be unrelated to the previous repair (simply blew an O ring and dumped all the freon), however they repaired it free of charge.
I would have been satisfied paying a couple of hundred dollars for the repair, so needless to say I was very happy when they fixed the problem free of charge. Jason Ryan Reed has always been up front and fair on anything I have had to have repaired.

Two years no problems year then....

I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
I always give Jeff Cantara, our sales associate, high marks in service, price, friendliness and product knowledge! Signing papers now on my 3rd vehicle from him in the last 4 years! We recommend Gullo Ford and Jeff all the time!

Like new, low miles, under warranty

Great handling fuel efficient and peppy engine. Very comfortable driving position with leather interior. Lots of room in the back with seats folded down. Has sync 3 dashboard display to link into your smart phone for navigation and messages
I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
