I had been trying unsuccessfully to schedule service for the recalls on my vehicle. I travel a lot and it is hard for me to pre-plan these things. When I called, the service person I spoke to could probably hear the frustration in my voice (not at him, but at my misfortune), and he immediately told me to bring it in the next day and he would make sure I was taken care of. I brought my car in the next day for the service and causally mentioned the car needed an oil change. If they could get to it that would be great, if not, I would gladly take it somewhere else. I knew I was pushing it since I was being worked in. When I came to pick up my car I was told that they were able to get the oil changed AND it was free! Somehow I ended up with a free oil change along the way. I rarely get the opportunity to praise such wonderful customer service, so I am happy to say I was super impressed! Totally validates my reason to buy a Ford and to buy it from you guys! Thanks for taking such good care of me.
