My car buying situation was different that any other time, Gary and Matt were great and extreme professional and cared about my Wife and my purchase of our new Jeep. Our sales person was Mike Cochran, he was a pleasure to work with, Mike found us exactly what we were looking for in our truck, when our truck came into the lot, he called us and said he had a truck he thought we would really like and we have absolutely loved and enjoyed our 2012 F150 Ford, it had everything we wanted it to have as if we had ordered it special.

Purchasing a new car is not usually a fun experience. All of the information, research, and details can make it stressful. We had been shopping for a new car at various dealerships. We experienced very little customer service beginning with the test drive. We typically stood around and waited to be greeted and for a salesman to assist us, even if we called ahead for an appointment and with stock numbers of cars we wanted to drive. That is, until we went to Currie Motors. We were treated exceptionally well by all staff members. We could not have had a better experience. The employees were all very honest and sincere. Even though the dealership is under construction, we had outstanding customer service from the second we pulled in to the lot. Well done, Currie Motors! The Currie Motors family works like a well oiled machine. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I returned to the dealership a few days later to tie up loose ends. Everyone there is eager to help and if the person you are seeking out is busy with a customer, there is always someone willing to step up and assist to get the job done.
Very helpful with where to park due to construction. Had employees standing in the parking lot directing customers. The service department was phenomenal!!! Lady at the desk made sure my car was properly fixed and she was very friendly and helpful.

My 2005 Jeep Liberty is at the end of its life. The technician that looked her over did a thorough job & reported everything back precisely. The service manager & rep spent some time talking to me about the best course of action. I felt like I was being looked after like a member of the family. I appreciate their honesty and as always quick & friendly service.

Scheduled a Saturday appointment to have my vehicle serviced and I called the day before on Friday because I decided Friday worked better for my schedule. Nick received my call and told me to come right in. He reviewed my request, serviced the vehicle, updated the factory recalls and kept me updated on the process. Fixed some door trim by hand and just took care of my vehicle. He was proficient and professional and treated me like a superstar! Most importantly I felt like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business.
Berman's service bill was very competitive with my local repair shop. They offered some options to minimize the cost so it took a little longer than the higher cost option but their lounge is nice so I resigned myself to a long wait but then...BAM! Due to extra wait time they provided a sweet little loaner for the day and I was back at work within the hour! Everyone was polite and friendly and a normally stressful event was actually very pleasant. Thanks, Berman guys!
