Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! They will not be beat on price and are a great group of folks to deal with!!

Buying a new truck is a daunting experience for everyone. The last time I tried to buy a truck in South County Mo., I actually caught the finance manager trying to con me out of nearly $2K. It cost them the sale. It seems we grow up believing that every car dealer is dishonest and out to get all they can with no true regard for their customer. Sometimes it's true. But not at Marshall. My experience at Marshall was far different. No pressure whatsoever, straight forward and all round decent people.
From the very start the people at Marshall struck me as honest and having integrity. I had the good fortune of having Jim Parissi as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Chris in financing was extremely helpful getting me a terrific finance rate and helped my new company establish credit. In the end I got by far, the best deal in 6 months of searching. I would highly recommend you give them a try with your next purchase.

I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer this week and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would like to thank Adam Stead, my salesman - Mike Lautner, the Finance Manager and Terry Overkamp, the General Manager for the OUTSTANDING SALES AND SERVICE they provided. The day after I picked up the car I had a problem with the air conditioner. Adam, Mike and Terry worked as a team to resolve the problem. Terry provided a loaner car and went the extra mile to complete the repair in 1 day.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

Purchased a new vehicle (An Escape) Looking for and purchasing was not a problem. Everything has been great, Went in at 8:00am, Home by 3:00pm with my new Escape. It’s about time for my first oil change, so customer service, I don’t know yet.

I had "the works" done to my 2017 Escape at Pundmann Ford. They are the only service vendor that has serviced the five news cars I have bought from them over the years. I even buy my tires from them. Pundmann changed my oil, rotated my tires, and did a full inspection-providing a report. I was completely taken care of; they did a great job, did it in a timely manner, and treated me with care and respect. I will only go to Pundmann Ford for my car purchases and service, because I am completely taken care of.
I had 2 factory recalls pending for this company service vehicle. Rather than making 2 separate visits, the service rep suggested waiting until all required parts for both recalls were in hand. This enabled me to have the repairs made in one visit minimizing my loss of productivity.
