We purchased our Jeep Compass from the dealership and received excellent service. Randy and Derek were great to work with and did not push us into anything. There were not a ton of added fees like some dealers and they explained everything to us and were up front with all the details.
Was in there today and Ben helped us get into the truck we wanted, for the price we wanted. Friendly helpful staff and was willing to help us on price. Nice play area for kids and the facilities was in great shape and clean inside. Will definitely reach out if need anything in the future.
...to look at a Mustang Convertible I saw on Cars.com. Peg (internet), Shannon (sales) and Mike (finance) at Rapids Ford could not have made the entire experience easier or more pleasant. I will not hesitate to make the drive again when I need to buy a car!

We couldn't have had a better experience in purchasing our vehicle. Being elderly, he gave us the time and patience we needed to make this big decision. He explained everything and went over it to be sure we understood all about the car and financing options. We will certainly recommend him and this dealership to others. We came in to look at used vehicles and with his recommendations ended up buying new---love it.
I am so impressed by true professionalism at this service center. I have trust in their suggestions. From the scheduling of my serivce to discussion about repairs, these huys clearly know how to get the job done!
My daughters Sentra broke down on her trip back to school. I left the car on Sunday night via the service drop box. The service department jumped on my issue first thing on Monday morning. They understood both my urgency and need. They provided me with a choice between their ability to repair the car and a lower cost option that they thought might be a better option. Even after choosing the lower cost option they handled the logistics required to get my car to the lower cost option and returned it to their location so I didn’t have to deal with a third party. I was extremely pleased with the work completed. I was more pleased with how the service department gave me options and then followed through and communicated through the entire process. They could have simply fixed my issue at a substantially higher cost and I would have had little I could have done about it. Instead, they provided an option that was “better for the customer”. That is truly “best in class” customer service. Thank you! I hope your local market understands the value of doing business with a company like Van Horn Nissan!!!!
we called the dealership before we made the trip . everyone that we talked to was so helpful . we were greeted out in the lot by the car
and was treated very well worked out the deal and met with the business
manager and left with our new used car was the best experience ever at a Dealership
Oil change was done faster then expected.. we came in with out an appointment they said it might take 2 hours, they got us out in one.
