New and used 2025 Ford Expedition for sale near Atlantic Beach, FL

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

Bought a new F150 xlt on 8-6-18. The sales staff i dealt with were outstanding and knowledgeable. Jeremy Criscione and Seth Evans had answers to the questions my wife and i had. Stuart Jones made the trip to the finance office as painless as it could be.

I turned to DuVal Ford because their web page showed the new Ford truck that I was seeking. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.

It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida vacation from Maine. Heard a noise, saw the temp gauge begin to rise, pulled off at the I 295 split. Hit the first exit and found the Circle K, asked for directions to a Ford dealership. Half mile late I'm parked in the service center at Auto Nation. Long story short, I traded my 2016 F-150 with what turns out to be an $8,000 engine damage issue, for a 2023 F-150, three hours later. We home in Maine now, and thrilled to have had the good fortune to find this outfit. Thank you to Rini Schepen and Jeff (Jimmy) Cowley for making a traumatic experience into a smooth and satisfying experience. Next time I need a new truck, I'm driving from Maine to Florida and asking for Rini.

Terry was great, got me checked in quickly, knew exactly what I needed done. The Tech let me know when the vehicle was done. When picking up, Terry informed me of the work I requested along with a few other items that needed attention.
