I recently bought a truck from this dealership and have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Gilbert, the salesman was personable, honest, and straight forward at every turn. The sales manager found a way to turn the deal into something that to this day I feel really good about, which I don’t believe I have ever said after buying a vehicle from a dealer.

It's was a good experience , I admit I don't like car dealers or dealerships and I am ready to go to war when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle. I already know the numbers, features on the vehicle, tactics used by salesman, etc. just to emphasize on that, I would purchase a vehicle in another state if the pricing and everything else lines up to my advantage. Nevertheless, I seen a vehicle I wanted on line and was able to negotiate everything before I even left my house. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Robert Pafford a.k.a. Santa Claus and not only did he become my favorite salesman ever he's is one of the best people I've ever talked to. I could keep going on with my experience but then this will turn into a news column vs a review. It's was good, and I think Robert has a customer for life. Good job and welcome (he knows what I'm talking about).

GM was honest about he said they would do. He did not inflate pricing. Gave me a loaner car. Installed items professionally. Called often to communicate want was happening.

The entire experience was great. Melvin, you sales rep went beyond perfect customer service and Kevin in finance was extremely patient and helpful in explaining every detail to me.

We agreed to his offer and went to his office to finish the paperwork. Kyron was pleasant and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. We ran into many others in the dealership that day and everyone was very friendly. I can't recommend this place and Jim Rich enough!!!! Thank you very much Five Star Ford of NRH!!!!!!!!!!!!
