Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

I just leased a new Ford F-150 and had a great experience. My sales associate was Richard, he was a great guy. I knew right when I met him that he was gonna be the right fit for me. He was knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy. He was just a stand-up guy. I appreciated that.

Jodee greeted me when I walked in, and made me feel at home this whole experience. I did leave to go to another dealership (Honda O’ Daniels… not a rad experience) and came back as promised to get the bronco sport. It was a comfortable experience, with both her and Jose & Alex who also helped w my trade in from Lexus of Omaha. Honestly nothing bad to say.

Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

I’ve bought many, many cars over my life and can honestly say that this was by far the easiest dealership I’ve ever bought from. Matthew Ahlgren was fantastic from beginning to end and patiently answered all my questions and ran everything down quickly for me. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. I live in California and wanted a Ford Escape Hybrid with AWD and the cold weather package. I could not find a dealer in Calif that had one or one that wanted to help me find one out of state. I found this one on the Ford website. From my first call to Baxter Ford I spoke to Jodee. She assisted me thru the whole process. I was happy to be able to deal with just one person. I'm sure I was not the easiest customer as I was in California, buying a car out of state for the first time. Jodee was avail for all of my calls and questions even after hours due the 2 hour time difference. She was very professional. I had to fly from California to Des Moines thenhad a family member drive me to Omaha. One long day. Jodee met me at front door when I arrived at the dealership. She made the whole purchase very easy. I would recommend the dealership and Jodee to anyone in the market.

Tomas did a fantastic job and worked with me and my indecisiveness with patience and expertise. They had a bunch of brand new Mavericks when they are almost impossible to find. I’m excited to work with them when the wife’s car needs replaced, because I planning on driving this one till the end of time.

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.
