I have bought or leased 15 cars in my fifty years in USA and they include dealers of Buick, Oldsmobile, Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Ford and Lincoln. I bought my second Lincoln MKX (2017) from Napleton Lincoln in Glenview, Illinois. The manager and the entire staff are highly professional and easy to negotiate. I negotiated my price and signed the deal in less than 30 minutes. There is no pressure and they are all superior to all others dealers I dealt with previously. Managers Nick, Kirk, and sale persons Matt and Peter are great people to work with. For their excellent professionalism, courtesy and meticulous service I give them an excellent rating of 10 on the scale of 0 to 10. There service section personnel are equally excellent, and I found Bob and others very professional when they serviced my 2014 Lincoln MKX.. Long story short, you cannot go wrong with them. I went to a car dealer for the first time in my life. I did some research online though. The communication and process were very easy. I test drove a few vehicles. I was given all possible rebates. Paul, the salesperson found all applicable rebates for me and presented the best deal for me. I also had A-Plan from Ford. From the first visit until the last moment of purchasing the car all of my questions were answered very patiently and I ask a lot. When I left the dealer I only had one question in my mind; what's holding me back from purchasing? I contacted a few other dealers afterward to learn that there is no negotiation over A-Plan discount. However, I felt more comfortable with Bredemann people. It is very obvious they want to build a long-term trust-based relationship with their customers. Here are 2 examples for that. First, after the first visit when I was just checking the vehicles, when Paul learned that I do not have a ride back, he drove me back to my place. Second, once I completed my purchase and was heading back in my new car, Paul said: "Just let me know whenever you have any question."

When I first walked into the dealership I was greeted by salesman Paul Ipjian. As an informed consumer, I told Paul exactly what I was looking for and he immediately went to work helping me find that car. I informed Paul that I don't have a lot of time with my busy schedule and I'd prefer to not 'play games' over the sales price. Paul quoted me a reasonable initial price on the exact car I wanted (which he had to get from a different dealership) and he went over the financing options. The next day my wife and I showed up to test drive a similar suv to the one I was looking to purchase. We were introduced to Steve Travnik, the GM, and a couple other employees. Everyone was very nice, not aggressive or pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. A week later we purchased the car. This was the most stress free car purchase I've ever experienced. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, hassle-free, at a price I'm very happy with. Thank you Paul, Steve, and the Bredemann team. Highly recommend this dealership!!

This is a great car! Plenty of leg room and comfortable for long road trips. This vehicle has all the latest technology and an excellent sound system.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Not up to date styling, but a good value in a used vehicle. Lots of room, very comfortable on the highway, also great towing capacity. Down side is poor gas mileage, but you had to know that before buying.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This vehicle has met all my needs and still looks/handles like it is brand new. This is my third Expedition and I would recommend this type of vehicle to everyone looking for a full size SUV.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Solid, comfort, reliability. Luxuries in everyway. my favorite is the heated/cooled seats an the feeling of not being confined - very spacious. I wouldn't buy any other vehicle.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This SUV is a dream to drive and rides so smooth. Comfortable seating for 7 and easily accessible 3rd row seating. All the latest technology makes the Expedition easy to maneuver. Gas mileage up around 23 mpg so better than F-150. My best vehicle so far!!

I really appreciated the additional time and effort that Tyler put in on getting my truck's brakes fixed properly. Even though the final bill was higher than initially planned, the additional $200 was more than worth it. I intend to keep this truck running for a few years yet, and the staff's attention to detail and safety was obvious from start to finish. EXCELLENT JOB.

I have a 2010 Taurus SHO. Devin assisted me with my car service. Devin treated me like I was the only person needing help. Being in the business world for over 40 years I know when you have an A+ employee. That is exactly what you have with Devin. He is the reason why I keep coming to Ford Schaumburg to have my car service for every need. Once again Ford Schaumburg and the staff there have gone well beyond my expectations. And when I talk to my friends I tell them how great this place and especially the people are. All I can say is just keep it going forward.

I’ve become very loyal to the Expedition. I have never had a problem with any of them. My last one I rolled over 150k in miles. The mileage isn’t great obviously, but the versatility is amazing!

I had been casually looking for just the right Corvette in my price range for the last couple of years. Finally, I found one at Ultimo Motors. It was not only sharp looking, it was newer than I thought I could afford, had just the right engine, lower miles than I thought I could get, had all the features I wanted, looked like a brand new car, and was priced right. I just couldn't believe it! What's the catch? Something must not be right! So I emailed an inquiry or two and received immediate replies from Frank Baginski answering all my questions and a simple no pressure invitation to come in and check it out. I told Mr Baginski that I live about 90 minutes away and would not be able to come in for a few days but was concerned that it might be sold by the time I could get there. He told me a simple deposit on a credit card would hold it for a few days until I could get there and if it didn't work out I'd get my full deposit back. Ok, that's easy, right? I gave him my deposit and we scheduled a date and time for me to take it for a spin. My wife and I arrived and we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Shawn who knew our name and was expecting us. He asked how our trip was, told us that Frank would be right with us and offered us refreshments and the use of their lounge. In no time we met Frank, discussed the Corvette and it was brought out front for my inspection. It was showroom beautiful. It was everything exactly as they described it! I carefully examined every inch of it looking for something wrong and I couldn't find anything wrong! We took it for a ride all around the area. It was perfect and for a price that I found hard to believe! All I could do was smile and nod my head yes. I was sold! We briefly worked with Frank and then met with Dan the Business Manager to finish the deal. They put the license plate on the Corvette and we were ready to go. That is the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever had in my 50 years of car buying! I will definitely be monitoring Ultimo Motors inventory for my next purchase. I'm confident I can't go wrong with a deal from the fine people at Ultimo Motors. I am loving my Corvette! Thanks to all! :)

Quite pleased with your service department, overall. Folks at the dealership are always pleasant to deal with and strive to be helpful! My only 'issue' is in fact not with the dealership's service department nor the personnel...but is rather with the difficulty in obtaining body and interior components for my (2002) Ford Escort ZX-2. ...After my car was past 10 years old I've noted that it is nearly impossible to replace items such as interior floor mats...the plastic headlamp covers and items that over time become worn and that I would like to replace or otherwise re-furbish! Ford...(and other auto manufacturers, likewise)...provide little in the way of resources to allow owners to replace worn interior and exterior trim items and even certain mechanical components...once vehicles become more than a decade old. Some of us who purchase a car new and who take care of and maintain pride in owning it for long intervals, are thus 'frustrated'...discovering we are left to our own resources once we eventually do require replacement parts to maintain our vehicles to our satisfaction. I do NOT hold the dealership responsible for this...but it is unfortunate and frustrating when one is unable to diligently maintain the vehicle to high standards past 10 years due to unavailability of replacement components. I wish Ford and the other manufacturers would stock replacement items for longer spans, so as to accommodate 'long-term ownership'!

For what I’m paying the 2018 (and on) Ford Expedition is incredible. The performance the look (interior and exterior) is awesome. This thing continues to surprise me. It beat the Cadillac Escallade in a video I watched recently in almost every category!

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.

Just had this vehicle a week but have been a lifelong Ford owner. It was purchased as a replacement vehicle with an eye for towing a camper in the future. I was impressed with the towing rating but also with the interior as well. Heated/vented leather seats, navigation, USB & AC voltage ports, Sirius XM & climate zones. Everything works & works well. Braking is great & the 3.5 liter twin turbo seems to have more power than I thought it would.

It’s nice.a lot of money for this suv but what vehicle is cheap.if it is reliable then it would be worth the price. After all it a ford .?

If you want or need a large SUV that gets great gas mileage and carries lots of gear and people, this Ford will do the trick. The Limited model comes nicely equipped and will garner lots of compliments from your passengers for both room and comfort. Ford is getting closer to perfecting this model.

I traded in a 2016 Platinum Expedition for a 2018 Platinum Expedition. I was absolutely blown away by the difference. This is like driving a Lexus. The fit and finish are perfect, super quiet ride, every gadget you could want and then some. It is a tremendous value for the luxury you get. You have to test drive it to believe because I was skeptical as well. could not believe the difference.

Love the room it has couldn’t ask for anything better it has everything we wanted and needed! Thanks to Kermit for getting us in it.
