2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

We were looking for a used pickup truck and wanted to trade in our old one. CarMax bought our old truck at a much higher value than any of the other dealers around and it was so easy. This car was a huge upgrade from my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. It fit all my needs, and beat out the Chevy Tahoe I also test drove. The interior room, especially 3rd row leg room is the best of any large SUV I test drove. An adult can sit fairly comfortably in the 3rd row. Cargo space is generous as well, even with all seats in use. I love that this car came with an option for captains chairs in the 2nd row, which makes passenger loading of kids and dogs super easy and flexible. The interior bells and whistles in the Platinum edition are also top notch. Beautiful, comfortable seats, user-friendly controls and plenty of nice safety features throughout. Drive is comfortable and not too truck-like for this mom. Overall, thoroughly pleased with my purchase so far.

Great drive with plenty of power. Some concern due to a transmission repair at 15,000 miles and the front shocks failed at 18,000 miles. Also I have a pending repair dealing with a clicking sound when the car turns, stops or accelerates. This is coming from a structure problem in the floor pan.

Painless. Extremely easy to deal with. Negations were minimal as most of their cars are "priced to sell." They took the time to make me comfortable and secure.

Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Was given recommended services based on priority. Of course dealership service is more expensive, so didn?t get all recommended repairs done there, but what I did was done very well and within a timely manner. Skip Crest Nissan/Infinity and just pull into AutoNation Ford in Frisco instead. I had scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance with a salesperson to look at a “specific” used vehicle at Crest. He knew I was driving from 1.5 hours away. On arrival I was told the sales counselor was running late and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for him to get to work. Coupled with him informing me the “specific” vehicle I wanted had been sold the night before. But since he was off the day before he wouldn’t have known. I WALKED OUT! RUDE! I dodged a bullet on that vehicle and bad sales person. Luckily, I immediately found the “specific” vehicle I was interested in on the AutoNation Ford Frisco pre-owned web site next door. I called ahead to make sure it was in stock. I STRUCK GOLD YA’LL! Upon arrival the sales counselor met me outside and sat down with me immediately to understand my needs and what exactly I was trying to accomplish. He went and got the vehicle and disclosed an accident with the windshield immediately that was being repaired that very moment. He was welcoming, transparent, knowledgeable, and punctual. He also understood my needs and concerns without kicking me out when I brought the vehicle back because I was so worried about my payments. BUT WAIT, THEREs MORE! The dealership was super clean laid back and the place smelled amazing and the music was on point! I was able to work a little while waiting for them to get confirmation of my auto loan. They have a nice lounge area and vending machines with clean restrooms. Service area was nice and tidy and people were so friendly. Overall, I am beyond thankful I bought my vehicle here and for this experience. I’ll be back!

This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

Powerful and luxurious, I wish the navigator interior/seats was in the platinum. The massage is great but not vibrations only rollers, no hill driving mode which is weird, besides those items this thing is a rolling work of art, nice looking smooth, quick, comfortable and spacious. A lot pile of electrical goodies and tech too assist with daily driving needs. Honestly this and the navigator are the only real choice on the market. All else are underpowered and unreliable overpriced junk.
