Once again, like clockwork, my oil change and tire rotation went as expected. Matthew Saylor, my services writer, got me checked in and my vehicle moved promptly into the service bay. Matthew moves fast and is very efficient. Jacob ?Iowa? Yancey is the only person to have ever changed my oil and rotate my tires since I bought the vehicle over 66K miles ago. Has addressed recalls and caught a few issues along the way that ultimately has made my vehicle ownership life easier. Paea Afu has also been my service writer during times Matthew was away from the Quick Lane. He made sure I was taken care of today as I passed his desk on way to waiting area.
