Lori has Top Notch customer service and is an excellent communicator. She got all my maintenance taken care of, she suggested wiper blades which I had forgotten about and needed. I took advantage of the deluxe wash which was cheaper than my regular car wash and did a better job. She even dropped off my car to my doorstep free of charge. I'm definitely going to come back to this location! Thank you.

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Our work vehicle had some recalls due, and needed a new seal around the windshield and I booked the repairs via online services and was able to get a convenient appointment date/time very quickly. I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now.
