Cindy in the service dept, was excellent. I brought my fleet vehicle, a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for a part recall. She promptly set up an appointment which was convenient for me. Also, I had just upgraded my cell phone, and it was no longer sync'd with the Bluetooth device. Cindy took great steps to take care of this. Now, everything is fine. Cindy was courteous and helpful and provided great service. I will request her as a service advisor when coming in for future service visits.
