My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We like how this SUV handeles . It provides plenty of room for luggage and room for people. The ride is very comfortable on long trips. The seats also make it easy for long rides.
My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.
Laurel Kia has the best Customer Service In Maryland! It does take over 2 weeks to make an appointment but it is totally worth it. Affordable service, and true care.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I have always been provided with a rental car when I needed service, which is essential when one has a family and a job to go to. I love how the facility is always clean including the bathrooms and there is always coffee, tea, or hot chocolate ready. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer when I come to Ted Britt Ford in Fairfax. I am on the market for a new vehicle soon, and William always encourages me to consider Ted Britt for my trade in. The entire experience with this dealership from start to finish was pleasant, efficient, and fair. Although we worked most closely with Sajjad, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Sajjad (as well as 2 other staff members) went above and beyond to stay late and complete the purchase. Having done our research, with several other dealerships over the past month or so, we know we received a great price upfront that didn't require haggling. The 30 day warranty was an unexpected bonus and not something we had seen for most used cars. The dealership itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, with most cars available to view indoors. Would highly recommend purchasing a car with Sajjad and his team at this location.

I hadn't had a car in over a year after facing some financial setbacks in life. And believe me, living in Virginia w/o a car is a whole other setback in itself. Either way, with damaged credit including a repo, I humbly approached Easterns, knowing that rejection was a huge possibility in my case. After running my credit, they reconfirmed what I already knew about my financial reality but assured me everything would be alright. Within an hour in their showroom they told me I was approved for the 2016 Toyota 4Runner I wanted and never once tried to force a car that I didn't want on me. God is good! Plus, he was able to accommodate my need (based on work demands) to conduct most of the transaction via text and e-mail. My goal was to spend as little time in the Dlrship as possible. We reached out to Eastern after finding an SUV of interest online. The gentleman who answered the call asked enough questions to know we were located in northern Virginia, and the vehicle we wanted to view was in Maryland. Within 2 hours of my call, he had the vehicle sent to the northern Virginia (Sterling) location for us to review. We were met with a very receptive and nonaggressive sales staff, lead by Craig. Craig had already been prepared for our arrival, and had us in test drive mode within minutes. Craig was able to answer all of our questions, and anything he didn't know offhand, he found out swiftly for us. We brought our entire family of 4, with two sons in tow. While my wife and I were figuring our way through the buying options, Craig got our boys some snacks and drinks, and was just outstandingly easy to work with. Craig wasn't at all ruffled by our back and forth of the details of sale, and made my wife and I feel incredibly comfortable with the entire experience. While paper work was being drafted, he eve brought out a football and played catch with our boys out on the lot. We are over the top ecstatic with our experience at Eastern Automotive of Sterling. Every single point of contact was remarkable. We will be recommending their team to anyone we know. We will also look forward to doing business with them again in the next year or two, when it's time for me to get a new car. (This one was for the wife)

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
I went to Koons Ford in Falls Church yesterday to browse the cars. I met a nice girl Ayla who showed me their preowned inventory. Had a great experience - very honest and helpful people. Thanks so much to Ayla and their manager Mike .

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier.
When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!
I always call Leonia Durant at Ted Brett Ford Lincoln of Chantilly, VA - as a retired US Marine, she is no nonsense, loyal, and knows how to work towards a win-win situation every time.
