Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Weston and Isaac were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made the whole car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. George in the finance department was great. He was so informative and very funny. We had a great experience here at this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again.

Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others. I would tell everyone to go here. Best experience ever!
