Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

We also really appreciated that he wasn’t overly pushy but respected the time it took us to make up our minds about our purchase. This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Went in just looking for a good used vehicle, primarily to see what was available and perhaps a test drive. Came away with a 2024 Ford Edge. We were met by Colin Fredrick, nice young salesman. We explained to Colin that we were looking for a vehicle that was good for travel with enough cargo capacity for suitcases and camping gear. Colin showed us some vehicles that would fit our needs without being to expensive. To shorten the review, we decided the Edge was what we were looking for. Colin said he would step away to talk with his manager and then come back with a offer. My first thought was, okay here we go with all to old back-and-forth to come to an agreement. Not necessary, Colin made us an offer that fit well within what we had hoped for. No need for bargaining so we agreed to the offer and left with a good vehicle we hope will last us for many more years.

Samantha was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! She listened to my wants and desires and lead me right to the vehicle I was wanting. She did not try to oversell me which is extremely important to me. She earned my trust and business! I’m not sure I’ll ever buy a vehicle from somebody else ever again! I’d recommend her to anybody! I highly recommend skipping other Mazda dealers in the area and visiting Gordie Boucher Mazda of Janesville.
