New and used 2025 Ford Explorer SUVs for sale near Plano, TX

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. I cannot stress to this dealership my gratitude of taking such good care of me and being so mindful of being careful during COVID-19. Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. Including a car wash and the tire rotation. I live in Dallas, so drive that extra mile paid off. Hope it was not coincidence and their manager is really s logistics wizard. Keep it up!!!!! I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
