I have bought 3 new cars from.this dealer. I used Karen Wheeler as my salesperson each time. Each transaction went fast, she followed up after each made sure I was happy. I habe use the service dept which is also excellent. Bjut the min reason I use this dealer is Ms. Wheeler.

Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

I brought my car to repair damages to the vehicle from an accident. The Service Manager prepared a written quote for me to review. The repairs were done quickly. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. It was very clean and nice. The employees are friendly and polite. I would highly recommend using them to my friends should they need repairs.

This Explorer replaces a 2017 I loved. That car is still in the family. The Platinum Edition is fabulous, lots of bells and whistles. I choose to turn off the lane management system. It is somewhat aggravating. The automatic on off at stoplights can be irritating when you have a lot of stoplights. I will turn this feature off when I’m in traffic at a lot of lights. Otherwise, I keep it on. There is a great deal of new technology on the vehicle which is located on the center screen. It was not hard to learn, and although I’ve had this vehicle for a month I’m still learning a few things. This vehicle is a six seater with heated and ventilated seats. The back windows have screens, which is great when your transporting little children and anyone else the seats also have an automatic fold. This car will move quickly great pick up and even with a new car around town, I’m getting 20 1/half miles per gallon on regular gas. Although being a six seater, it is not too big. I had looked at a jeep which ran a good $13,000 more for the same features. The new body style on the Jeep was not appealing to a family member so we stuck with the Ford.

The purchasing process went very smoothly. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He delivered our vehicle right to our door and demonstrated all its features. We recommend this dealer.

This is my third Explorer…and this time I chose the Platinum edition. The exterior is about the same but with some very tasteful updates to the rear taillights and front grill. The interior is dramatically improved with a variety of materials used throughout. The larger touchscreen is easy to use. This is the first Android based platform and it is easy to use and worked seamlessly with Apple CarPlay. The Blue Cruise auto-driving feature is very impressive- and once you get over the hesitation of letting the car steer itself is very useful especially on long interstate trips. All in all this is the best Explorer I’ve had.

Came in wanting a white Ford Escape to replace the one I had but there were no white ones. So I got an Area 51 Bronco instead. Like the Bronco, but came back the next week and there were 3 white Escape!!! Really guys!!??

Here’s why I like Town and Country Ford on Preston 1. My sales person Mr. David Reed, I first bought a F150 in 09 and then my wife and bought two more cars from David. Then I called Mr Reed and asked him to look for a newer truck for me he called back in less then an 30 minutes with everything I wanted. 2. We got everything and more from the dealership 3 The finance department was wonderful and they gave me better then my credit union or bank could give me. For my 2019 F150 with every bell and whistle I wanted 4. When I decided to buy David had the day off and I said I could wait another day and instead he met me at the dealership to close the deal. 5.
