So far I like the vehicle. Bought it used and have only had it a few days. Love the extra space and easy design. I’ve test driven 4 different used explorers and noticed that the paint chips easily and there always seems to be a hint of rust. That’s crazy to me for only being 4 years old. This has been an issue on each of the 4 used vehicles. I’ve owned a VW, Toyota and Kia each for more than 4 years and never experience paint chips or rust. Kind of odd.

My husband needed a new car badly. We was driving around looking for cars on a Sunday. My husband came back on the Monday and Ruth greeted him. She was so nice. I came back on Saturday test drive the car. Both Ruth and salesmen Micheal was the best. They really helped us out so we could get into the car we wanted. I would really recommend them. Smooth ride with many features. Love the black leather and all the extra options in the limited class. As a Ford Family the Explorer is perfect in size. Not too big and not too small.

Love the inside room, 3rd row seat and the fact that the 2nd and 3rd row can be collapsed. Love the rear camera and all of the functions of being able to bring my phone apps up on the screen. So good for our very busy, on the go lifestyle

This is the second Explorer I've owned. I like these vehicles because of the third row leg room, but also because of the general value for the money when you purchase used. I would not buy this (or practically any car) new.
