2022 Ford Explorer XLT review
Great vehicle. Fun to drive.
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

We brought our 2016 BMW X3 in for emissions testing, several regular maintenance repairs, and four new tires. The promotions offered helped to reduce our cost (4 tires for the price of 3, and reduced maintenance rates for older vehicles). Our service advisor Eduardo was fantastic, handling everything professionally (as usual) and communicating clearly what was being done and when it would be completed. Even though we spent over $2k, the entire experience was very positive!

Highly recommend buying a used 2018 Explorer
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

Was in Houston from out of town, my Transit van had a wheel baring fail as I arrived in town. Took my vehicle into the Sevice dept on Friday afternoon explained that I was from out of town and needed my vehicle for work over the weekend. David Nguyen took complete care of me, ordered the parts and got the van in straight away despite them being busy. Fixed both hubs, and did a full Sevice at the same time. Hubs had to be ordered and were delivered Saturday morning, full Sevice new hubs, brakes and rotors, wheels rotated and balanced etc.. Despite David being off on Saturday he called and gave me updates and the van was ready on Saturday afternoon. Great team, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Sterling.
