Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

We chose Grapevine Ford over other Ford dealerships in North Texas because it was the only place where someone actually approached us when we walked in. From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. In contrast, Grapevine Ford made us feel valued and respected. If we ever decide to get a new truck, this will be the first place we visit again. Highly recommended.

My family and I recently visited this dealership to look at a used Lincoln Nautilus. We called ahead and were told there was a sales event happening. My cousin arrived first—during a heavy downpour—and right away, Brandon came out in the rain to assist. That kind of service set the tone for the whole experience. We came prepared to buy with a check from Navy Federal, but weren’t able to make a deal on the Nautilus. It could’ve been a disappointing day—but instead, Johan (Finance) stepped in and helped secure a better interest rate than Navy Federal was offering and got my cousin into a brand new Ford Bronco. What started as a frustrating visit turned into an exciting and satisfying purchase, thanks to the professionalism and hustle from both Brandon and Johan. As for me, I’m now seriously considering getting the Ford Expedition—and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this dealership when I’m ready. Bonus points: if you value diversity, this place has it. Great service they are always prompt on getting service done even though General Motors sold John holt a truck that was going to fail shortly after I bought it which I?m not happy at all, I paid for a new 55k truck not a used one I could of have saved money and bought off the lot, not John holts fault the blame General Motors ?
