Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

We were shopping for a New 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid and found the PERFECT car for us. We then test drove the car and it had NO problems. The car was ship shape and we came in to buy it. The staff didn't rush us and we got a heck of a deal. The Simoniz was a great purchase and nothing has happened related to dealer problems. We went in for a backup camera repair and they were quick and easy to work with. The car has lasted us an amazing 1 year and we have had to do minimal repairs! Would ABSOLUTELY buy from them again no questions asked!!!

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. AWESOME Team!! Service to Sales. On our trip to Mt Baker with the entire family loaded for a full day on the mountain, our 2021 GMC Yukon XL AT4 broke down on i5. Blade Chevrolet was the closest dealership to us. We snagged an Enterprise rental from down the street and left our GMC at Blade Chevy for repairs, this would be our first experience here, and will not be our last. As a former Service Director in Retail I was had the pleasure of working with Jason, Certified Service Advisor. Jason and his team of advisors and technicans were knowledgable, polished, guest focused, while ensuring the highest level of care was provided. We had our truck back in our hands by. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

Another great purchase from our favorite dealership. We bought two of my wife’s dream cars here. I think the biggest deal is it all is they are amazing with trade ins. By far paid us out more than anywhere! We missed our original sales person but John was great. It was a pleasure and I can’t be more grateful for the manager Geoff to add more discounts on top of the deal. We didn’t ask for special treatment but we received it anyways. We will be back for sure!

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

2 months ago I went into Cortez Auto Sales in Burlington Washington, The following day I picked up my 2021 Camaro... A couple months prior to meeting Derek and Johnny at Cortez Auto Sales I had purchased a vehicle down south that left me discouraged of all dealerships it was a horrific experience but within the first half hour of talking with Derek and Johnny I felt at ease, I had been car shopping on and off for 5 or 6 months, both Johnny and Derek went above and beyond they the whole priced, 2 months later they are still taking care of any of my question and concerns, when I test over the car they let me take it by myself they told me take as long as I needed to make sure I liked it or until I knew I liked it or until I knew I didn't want it, a couple weeks after having the car I came out of work and I had a flat tire, I called Cortez they put brand new tires on it they are awesome, Cortez is not only the only review I've wrote but it's the good review I've wanted to write😋 way to go Bobby and Derrick...Thank you for getting me into my dream car...I LOVE Y'ALL AT CORTEZ...

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Purchased from MT Vernon dealership. Wife went to look at the car prior to myself looking. I appreciate them respecting her not pressuring a sale. When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.

we purchased our 2019 subaru legacy through Marty just a few weeks ago. From the minute we stepped food on their lot and starting talking to Marty we felt very welcomed and not pressured. Marty is an excellent salesman with a ton of experience. I always felt like he had my interest in mind and was willing to help me achieve my goal, which was buying a car. Hands down, I would buy another car from him again. As far as my vehicle goes, this past few days with snow has been excellent to drive with little to no concern over the conditions. Excited to be a subaru owner. we looked at a ton of other vehicles like honda, mercedez, bmw, audi, and we just felt like the features and price couldn't be beat.

We used this dealer for service for our 2007 Forester until it was time to trade up to our new Ascent. Services and sales were both great and responsive. We'll be getting our service for the Ascent done here too.
