Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

I drove 4 hours to purchase my Bronco from Lenz. I had test driven a couple in the past few years and knew the exact model and trim I wanted. Overall, Lenz, was easy to work with. Disappointment came: (1) I brought concerns to the dealer after my test drive letting them know a low windshield washer fluid light had come on, and that my coolant level was well below the minimum (2) chip in windshield that was not previously disclosed Unfortunately, I was told nothing could be done about the windshield because it had already been repaired once… and they said they “filled” the fluids. To be fair, we did negotiate money off for the windshield. However, within minutes of signing my paperwork and leaving the dealership, the low fluid light came back on. I was already started on my way home and honestly didn’t want to deal with it. When I got home, I ended up filling the windshield washer fluid with an entire gallon, and had to top off the coolant. Additionally, I noticed the tires were way over-inflated on the passenger side. These are small things, yes; however it makes me wonder what other simple corners were cut just to make a deal. Do yourself a favor - take that inspection list and go over each and every item that you can before you make your purchase. Also - major kudos to Mike B (I was not his client) who took the time to tell me all about the Ford Pass, connecting my car to all of the technology, and spoke to me for quite some time about my new Bronco and genuinely seemed excited about my purchase. He spoke to me with respect and honor, and didn’t try to speak down to me or over me. I have to wonder how different my purchasing experience would be had I worked with him.

I'd highly recommend Lenz ad especially Mike if you are the least bit interested in a used truck. I was treated great, and the transaction went extremely smooth!

It was a great experience all around! I am so glad we bought our Ford Edge from Summit Ford! (Thanks Ryan Madala-Klug!!!) Not only do Chuck and I love it but now our Daughter does too. We let Jon and Molly use it to go to Rhinelander. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! I worked retail for years and people would say to me, "Oh you are so good at that you do." As happy as I was to hear that I always thought "Don't tell me, tell my boss...tell others." So when I find a great product and/or exemplary service, I tell bosses and others.
