Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Easy to get appointments. Good customer service after being greeted good, but there was a little time before anyone greeted me. Car service was performed in a timely manner, which was appreciated.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

I had an excellent experience, did not intend on purchasing that day. I had called around to other local Honda dealers (AutoNation Honda) in Columbus GA and was basically told Saturdays are for sales not looking. My old car had died on me and I?d never had a Honda. The sales associate Kirsten was amazing, she didn?t make me feel pressured at any point during the process and worked with me on getting the price down to where I was comfortable.
