Used 2024 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Everman, TX

I recently bought a truck from this dealership and have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Gilbert, the salesman was personable, honest, and straight forward at every turn. The sales manager found a way to turn the deal into something that to this day I feel really good about, which I don’t believe I have ever said after buying a vehicle from a dealer.

Never thought a truck could be this comfortable but Ford change my mind with the F150, smooth ride excellent handling could not ask for a better vehicle and the gas mileage is unbelievable

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. Today I bought a pre-owned Volvo V40. Eric Glover took my call yesterday and sold us the car today. He's a good salesman and made our experience a very pleasant one. Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

I made an appointment to drop the vehicle there Wednesday at 5:00 PM with the A/C not cooling. Victor was our service coordinator and told us he would advise us asap Thursday. Since I didn't hear from Victor by noon, I called but had to leave a message. I then received a text with the diagnosis and cost to evacuate the system then refill it with dye added bc they couldn't find a leak. I okayed the service. He said it could be ready Thursday afternoon, but he didn't call,so I called and Yvi said victor had left for the day, but he did call a little later and advised the tech wanted to keep the vehicle overnight and recharge the system Friday morning. We didn't hear anything all day, so we decided to come to the dealership and see. They told us they wanted to check one more thing(I suspect it was what they were supposed to do that morning) so we waited another hour or so for it. My wife finally got her vehicle around 4:00 PM. The A/C was blowing really cold and no leak was detected. If the system gets low again, the dye will show where the leak is. We're happy with everything except that Victor wasn't getting back with us. I was in the car business for 32 years and customer service is the key to retaining customers. I spoke to Darren who said he'd dumped some xtra customers on Victor, so I'll give him credit for that. Plus being relatively new to the job, I'm sure he as doing his best! I've had ALL my service done at Platinum Ford since I retired from there in '18, and they've always done great work! Thank you, Adam, Gary, Darren, and all!
