Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

The sales and management team worked out a deal for us with no pressure at all! I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car or truck.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I also did not have to wait long at any point and was in the dealership a total of less than an hour. I highly recommend LR Knoxville.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

We had a wonderful first time experience purchasing our new Subaru Ascent. We had the help of Jay Kadlec who was friendly and professional from the start! He was never “pushy” which made it very easy to work with him. We are incredibly satisfied with our new car and will definitely reach out to Jay for any future needs.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.

The service mgr Bart was very good to work with. The estimate was to the point with everything broken down and I did have a question or two about so I called and Bart answered all my questions. Final price was basically what was quoted.
