Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

We recently purchased a used truck from Billy Cain Ford in Commerce. I usually despise the car buying process with all of its high pressure tactics and the feeling that you are being tricked. Pierce and Jason never once pressured us or made us feel like we were being tricked. They were friendly, helpful, honest, open and forthright with every step of the process and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Bought a nice used mini cooper from Hennessy..seems to be a great little car...my salesman Brian did a great job and the paperwork process was quick and efficient.

I believe my technician was Rick and he throughly took care of my needs and got me and out with an oil change right on time. Their service center has won many awards and has been totally remodelled with new technology to see your vehicle on the touchscreen monitor and review under the car and tires/rims. Plus they now send you a video of the tech reviewing under your car and the actual service steps. The service lounge was very comfortable and also had business cubicals you can use for privacy and work.

My car has had a terrible whistling sound coming from the windshield. I went to another dealership about the issue but they said they took it on the highway and heard nothing. They recommended I replace the windshield wipers. I asked if I could show it to them myself, but they ignored me. I followed their advice but the issue continued. I came here and after not being able to hear the issue themselves, Nelson from Mall of GA MINI asked if I could show it to him. I showed it to him, and he said that they will be ordering a new windshield for me. Amazing customer service.

Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Paula Sosebee sold me a 2001 Miata a year ago. She was great to work with, kind and professional. Aaron Hughes handled my paperwork and introduced me to the service department; Aaron was great, too. When buying a used vehicle, be aware of doc fees. All dealerships have them. I hadn't bought a used car from a dealership before, so it was new to me.
