Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

My saleswoman went above and beyond expectations during the buying process, making this a pleasurable experience. She was able to answer any and all questions and concerns I had. The service manager listened to an issue I had and was very receptive to solving it. Overall, I am pleased with this dealership.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

I purchased a brand new, 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor. Form the very beginning with my initial inquiry that started with speaking with Kaylee, followed by Jonah in finance, the sales manager Tyree and then ultimately the representative who worked with me, Logan - this was nothing short of an easy and pleasurable experience. I never felt pushed, I was offered a test drive (which I took) and Logan was very personable and made me feel at ease during the test drive. After the drive Logan was extremely thorough in going through all of the features of the vehicle. He was open to any and all questions and concerns, and where he wasn't 100% sure of something, he was 100% sure he would find out and provide the answers needed. From start to finish this was an incredibly simple and extremely friendly process. We cannot praise this dealership enough!!! It was an actual pleasure dealing with Joe the sales manager, and Marlo our sales woman ! We got a great deal and were treated wonderfully. No haggling, no back and forth. The whole process was done quickly! Just agreed on a very attractive price for the new vehicle and for our trade in! Would highly recommend Malouf Ford to anyone. Intake: on time and technician was professional regarding issues that needed to be addressed. Tech: Apprised me of the amenities, lounge, rest rooms, etc. Completion of work and the various areas/items where work was performed. My Corsair was also washed at the conclusion of servicing.

I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.

I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

Easy appointment, Quick, clean service, comfortable waiting area, short waiting and service time, friendly service personnel. Will continue to get service on this car at this location
