Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

The person that helped me he was very kind patient and he made sure everything was good on my car before I left. It was very clean in the facility.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. (This was my eighteenth new-car purchase since 1970. This purchase was preceded by email exchanges about a specific vehicle available at the dealership.). Dylan was both helpful and attentive. Although the engagement centered around a specific vehicle known to both parties, the buying process still required several hours to conclude. The buying process of interest here was neither the longest nor the briefest encountered by me, and like my earlier experiences, was punctuated by salesperson absences that served to protract the overall process, especially given that face-to-face negotiation made up less than a minute of the time involved; I believe the up-front emails helped in this regard. In such circumstances as these, why can't the process take less time? But, the bottom line here is that if I were in the market for another Toyota, I would likely turn to this dealership, and ask for Dylan to assist me.

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

Vladimir was excellent, he was very professional and kept me informed of the progress. The mechanic did a great job and even provided a video. They fixed the issue very quickly and it was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had! Five stars to Vladimir and crew!

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Easy to get appointments. Good customer service after being greeted good, but there was a little time before anyone greeted me. Car service was performed in a timely manner, which was appreciated.

Richard Smith is a great Service Advisor. He is very professional and takes great care of the service on my Ford Explorer. He keeps me informed on present or future service that is needed to keep my vehicle in great condition. My appointments are always timely. He is awesome....the very best!

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.
